Click the New Refund button to open the Refunds and Returns window. Select your customer from a simple pull-down list, and choose the method of refund that suits your needs - whether it’s adjusting invoices, issuing a credit note or recording a customer refund directly.
Set the refund date, enter a reference number (optional) and specify the total refund amount. With Brisk Invoicing, every detail of the refund is recorded accurately.
The Refunds List allows you to filter and search records by date, keyword or customer name. Each refund entry includes date, customer, method, invoice number, refund reference and total amount. You can also edit, view, emai, or delete refund records as needed.
Refunds processed via Bambora will reflect in Bambora’s back office, making reconciliation effortless.
