Accept Online Invoice Payments Easily with Brisk Invoicing

 

Getting paid should be fast, simple and secure. With Brisk Invoicing, you can accept online invoice payments and allow your customers to pay their invoices conveniently using credit or debit cards, PayPal, Stripe or Bambora. This not only speeds up your cash flow but also creates a smoother payment experience for your customers.

Manage Your Online Payments in One Place

Use the Payments Settings tab under Settings to configure receipt settings and create or manage your payment methods.

Before setting up Bambora or PayPal, make sure your business name and user account password are already set, these are required prerequisites.

Accept Online Payments with Bambora

If available in your region, Brisk Invoicing allows seamless integration with Bambora.

Bambora Account Integration
This section lets you connect your Bambora account directly to Brisk Invoicing. Any changes made in Brisk Invoicing will reflect in Bambora’s back office (but not the other way around).

Set Up Online Payment
To receive payments, you’ll need a merchant account, which acts as a holding account to ensure funds are available for each transaction. Bambora’s signup wizard will guide you through the process step by step.

Required Bambora Credentials

Click Setup Online Payment to open Bambora’s merchant signup page.
Brisk Invoicing partners with Bambora, a Level 1 PCI-Certified payment processor, the highest security standard for handling credit card data.

  • Merchant ID
    A nine-digit ID assigned by Bambora (required).

  • Hash Key
    Found in the Bambora back office under:
    Administration > Account Settings > Order Settings > Security/Authentication (required).

  • API Passcode
    Also located under Security/Authentication. Required if your Bambora account was not set up through Brisk Invoicing.

  • Country and Currency
    The country and currency selected during merchant setup. Required if the account was not created via Brisk Invoicing.

Accept Payments with Stripe


Prefer Stripe?
Simply click “Setup Stripe Invoice Payments” to connect your Stripe account and start receiving payments directly from invoices.

Accept Payments with PayPal


Brisk Invoicing supports PayPal with flexible setup options. You can use either:

  • PayPal Email
    The email address you use to log in to PayPal
    or

  • Client ID and Secret
    Found in your PayPal account under Accounts > Apps
